Customer Care Support Specialist with Croatian Language
Location: Warsaw / remotely
Description of the position:
Comprehensive customer service in the context of various projects - contact with after-sales customers, resolve problems, answering questions etc.;
Phone contact with customers - inbound and outbound calls;
Generating innovative ideas and solutions that will improve customers satisfaction;
Maintain current working knowledge of procedures and systems.
Excellent knowledge of Croatian and English or Polish;
Enthusiasm and willing to help customers solve their problems;
Highly developed interpersonal skills;
Experience in a position related to customer service is always appreciated.
