Corporate Compensation and Benefits (C&B) is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing all strategic elements with regards to reward across all employee levels of the organization.This includes base pay, bonus and all other monetary and non-monetary benefits attached to each employee. About the job
The job is based in Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin, Poland, reporting to the Global HR Support Team Leader. In this role you will be working closely with the Compensation & Benefits Team in HQ, Denmark, with a dotted reporting line to the Senior Director of C&B. The position will have a global outview with close collaboration to our subsidiaries across the globe.
The global C&B team is looking for a colleague to help drive and support the C&B agenda through:
Driving the external annual global salary survey data submission for all participating countries (around 15/20 countries per year)
Creating salary ranges for 15-20 countries annually in collaboration with local HR partners
Supporting in the annual salary regulation process as it relates to the SuccessFactors Compensation Module
Prepare in advance activities associated with system aspects of the salary regulation as well as support while the tool is open (i.e. the active salary regulation period)
Educate HRBPs across countries on the Compensation Module and global standard salary regulation process
Supporting the global C&B Manager in job evaluation of select positions using Mercer’s IPE methodology
Assisting local affiliates with the implementation of C&B projects
Seeking knowledge and keeping updated with relevant HR processes and IT standards
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience working with HR, C&B or as an analyst (preferably in international company or shared services)
Strong communication skills and English proficiency
An understanding or the desire to understand compensation principles
An analytical profile with attention to detail and a comfort level of working with data and numbers
Good practical use of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to create ad hoc reports and being able to analyse data
A level of professionalism and integrity to maintain the confidentiality of data
Experience from project-based work is an advantage
Knowledge of the Compensation Module (SAP SuccessFactors or similar tool supporting the compensation processes) would be an advantage
