Managing the team responsible for selling Kronobuild products;
Preparation of a sales budget for the subordinate sector;
Sales activities in accordance with the established targets;
Organization of the pricing policy and implementation of the sales strategy on the Polish and export markets;
Building and maintaining good relationships with clients;
Supervising complaint processes;
Supervision of reporting - reporting monthly results, corporate reporting;
Cooperation with Directors and Sales Managers of the Kronospan Group in other locations.
Ability to analyze problem and generate solutions,
Long term commitment to the organization,
Openness for new ideas and changes,
Experience in managing the sales department in the construction industry, experience in selling wood-based boards will be an additional advantage;
Very good command of the English language;
Working knowledge of MS Office;
Driving licenses, category B;
Readiness for business trips and readiness to work from Strzelce Opolskie.
