What is Project Tiger:
Single unified system across all pRED functions from LIGo to Ph0Go
Functionality for easy planning of different scenarios of project plans
Cross-pRED aligned minimal level of project plan detail which is to be entered into the system and where inter-dependencies of work packages within a function and beyond are reflected
Up to date portfolio view can be easily generated (e.g. for DLC)
Sufficient connectivity to planning tool delivered by RDP (= global RnD planning program)
Value delivery
Slim and automated processes will lead to efficiency gains in resource and budget management
Project Managers will have more time to coach and catalyse activities within and across project teams
Following an aligned and transparent project plan guided by inflection points, the teams can focus more on decision driving experiments
In line with our transformation strategy, the tool will support new ways of working and enable agile and flexible project delivery
Follows a single source of truth model where data is directly curated by its owner, saving time and resources on multiple repetitive data curation and communication steps
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in work related to
Software development in enterprise projects
Experience conducting requirements and design sessions with business process owners
Being able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Ability to actively initiate and lead architecture and processes optimization and introducing new solutions
Proactive approach towards the area
Taking the role of Problem Coordinator, Major Incident Manager if such problems occur in the Service
Communicates effectively with service Roche leaders (i.e.: Delivery Managers, Delivery Service Managers, Roche Support Lead, Lead Developer)
Responsible for the ongoing adaptation processes to Roche needs
English at least at C1 level
Strong SQL (Structured Query Language) and data extraction skills
Strong problem-solving orientation
Strong team and customer service focus
Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies
Ability to communicate effectively
Experience in application of various data integration patterns
Experience in working in regulated domain (pharma, banking, auto-motive) will be an asset
