This is a job opportunity for approximately 18 months (depends on the project needs).
Refinitiv as part of a wider Cybersecurity program is embarking on a project for clients that take our hosted and led service (EaaS / RTMDS) and to relocate and upgrade them to the latest versions and move them to our strategic data centres. The project is mainly related to the migration of our customers from one platform to another. The project will involve a lot of engagement and discussion with clients around the process, tasks that need to be performed, timelines and infrastructure changes. It will require initial engagement through to handling the upgrade and sign off from the client.
SOME OF THE DAILY TASKS:
Engage with your client portfolio to ensure they understand the project and have an agreement to migrate,
Explain to the client the technical elements of the upgrade and what is required from them,
Execute against defined processes to migrate/onboard clients,
Highlight any issues and risks to the Project Management team,
Support standardisation of onboarding and client management,
Share experiences with the rest of the team to improve the client migration experience,
Complete the migration hand-over with a full set of documentation to business as usual support.

Technical understanding of networking and managing services solutions,
Ability to easily pick up and understand unfamiliar concepts around managed services and hosted solutions,
Understanding of project management principles,
Good communication and negotiation skills, face to face and over the phone,
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and succeed in a mission-critical environment,
Logical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Proven track record in a technical client-facing, customer support or implementation role,
Experience in project management,
knowledge of the LSEG product range, internal systems and processes.
